Clean, comfortable. All amenities. Landlords are always in touch, ready to help. We met, saw off, showed the apartment and answered all questions. We agreed on a departure time. There are no questions about the apartment: hot water, dishwasher, washing machine, TVs function perfectly; noticed a nice bonus in the form of care products and a set of products (spaghetti, tea, sugar, coffee, spices, etc.).

We moved into the apartment on New Year's Eve. They asked to put up a decorated Christmas tree, without question they put up a Christmas tree! We asked for a separate duvet cover and they gave it right away. The apartment has everything you need: various dishes, glasses, glasses, glasses, cups. Great cutlery, great knives! Pots, pans, lids. The oven works great. Coffee machine Oil, salt, sugar, tea (new set), coffee capsules - everything is there. There are disposable slippers (a lot), disposable gels and shampoos, and there is also a good full-sized shampoo and shower gel. Powerful hairdryer. They didn't take a deposit from us. Money for accommodation was transferred to the card, which is very convenient! There are threads with needles and a box of pills in the dressing room) special thanks for the activated charcoal! The apartment is on the 5th floor - there is an elevator! Very quiet in all rooms, although very central. Thank you very much to the owner Tatyana!!!

The apartments are ideally located: the windows overlook the Neva embankment, from the window you can watch the drawing of the palace bridge. To all the tourist — a few minutes walk, there are two marinas with ships and meteors nearby.
In the same house, a couple of meters from the front door, there is a grocery store with a set of essential goods.
Very well planned space, everything is very comfortable. The equipment is complete: the kitchen has a complete set of necessary equipment (kettle, large delonghi coffee maker with grain coffee, kettle, microwave, oven), all necessary kitchen utensils. There are paper napkins and towels, even toothpicks. Ironing board with steamer, small sewing kit, first aid kit. Disposable slippers. Comfortable beds with nice white linens. Pillows of different firmness.
All bathrooms have sets of towels, shampoos and shower gels. For fans there is a sauna.
There are air conditioners only in the living room and in the kitchen, but the rest of the rooms are not hot (we were in a rare heat for St. Petersburg). The thick walls of the house with history and a good ventilation system did their job.
The soundproofing of the windows is excellent — not a sound came from the embankment (very busy).
The first floor is quite high, no one looks into the windows :)
Convenient electronic lock on the front door, no need to carry keys with you.
Naturally, there is no garbage chute in such a house — it is necessary to take the garbage out into the street to a garbage dump located at some distance from the house, but this is not critical.
The owner is always available for any questions.
Convenient and easy check-in / check-out procedure, we were kindly allowed to check in early.
